These terms govern your use of the Dasheen Atelier website and the products and services we offer. By browsing the site, placing an order, booking an appointment or applying to our fashion school, you agree to these terms.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or accounts that are not yours. We may update or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Many of our pieces are made to order or bespoke. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is confirmed once we accept it and payment is received. Because made-to-measure garments are produced to your specifications and measurements, production timelines, fittings and final details will be agreed with you directly.
We make every effort to display colours, fabrics and finishes accurately, but slight variation is natural in hand-finished work and between screens.
Prices are shown on the relevant product or service and may change before an order is confirmed. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Orders are not put into production until payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received.
When you book a consultation, please provide accurate details so we can prepare. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible at info@dasheenatelier.com so we can offer the slot to someone else.
As bespoke and made-to-measure items are produced specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange except where an item is faulty or not as described. Please review our FAQs for details, and contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.
Admission to the Dasheen Fashion School is by application and is subject to availability and our acceptance. Enrolment, cohort places and fees are confirmed in your offer. Fee-payment terms and any schedule are communicated to admitted students and managed through the student portal.
All content on this site — including designs, images, text and the Dasheen name and marks — belongs to Dasheen Atelier or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Dasheen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
